JEFFREY WHITTLE

Jeffrey Whittle is an artist, educator, curator and runner living in Athens, Georgia. He received his MFA in Painting from Cornell University and his work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. He has been the recipient of numerous artist's grants, residencies, and awards. In 2004 he was invited to be an Artist-in-Residence at the Fundacion Valparaiso in Spain and recently he was selected 100 UNDER 100: The New Superstars of Southern Art by Oxford American Magazine. He teaches studio courses at the University of Georgia and is the Gallery Director of the Dalton Gallery at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.
